Student leadership

Students don't have to be school captains or house captains to be considered leaders. We encourage our students to be leaders in the classroom and playground, through their support for other students, or their involvement in academic, sporting, cultural or community events and projects.

Year 6 Leadership:

There are numerous opportunities for our Year 6 students to display their leadership qualities. Our student leadership comprises of many students.

  • A boy and girl school captain
  • A boy and girl vice captain
  • A boy and girl sports house captain for each house
  • A boy and girl prefect for each Year 6 Committee

In addition to the Year 6 Leadership, there is also a Student Representative Council comprising of students from Years 3 to 6. In 2017 our school extended our leadership opportunities by offering Year 1 and 2 students experience in participating in the Student Representative Council.
